Do I Need To Start The Cleanse On Any Particular Day?

No. This is a self-paced course (not a group coaching course) so you can do the whole program at your own pace and do the cleanse whenever it works best in your schedule.

Do I Have To Do A 10 Day Cleanse? Can It Be Shorter Or Longer?

Five days is probably minimum. Most people seem to get great results doing a 10 day cleanse. However, many don't want to end at 10 days and continue onward because they feel so great. It' up to you.

Is This Cleanse Just For Women Or Can My Husband Do It Too?

Men can absolutely do the cleanse too. There are parts of the program however that address metabolic issues that are of insterst to women, especially over 50. Many men have successfully completed and enjoyed the cleanse.

I Have Blood Sugar Issues And Am Not Comfortable Do Intermittent Fasting. Can I Skip That Part?

Absolutely. Intermittent Fasting isn't right for everyone. The most important thing is to listen to your own body and the advice of your health care provider. Also, if anyone is doing IF and starts to feel a blood sugar crash coming on, it is more important to stop the fast and attend to your blood sugar. Roller coaster blood sugar ups and downs will halt weight loss.

Can I Add Other Things To The Cleanse Like Enemas Or Castor Oil Packs?

How Often Should I Repeat The Cleanse?

That really depends on several factors. Ideally I like to do a cleanse once per season. That way I never get too far off track for very long.This keeps me in the PURE & Simple flow. Some people watch the scale and have a few pounds wiggle room. Once they climb a few pouns up (like 3 or 5 pounds) they hop back on the cleanse and nip things before too much gets out of hand! : ) If you are eating, drinking and being chocolate merry on a regular basis then consider more cleanses are better than less! No names mentioned, wink wink (you know who you are)!!!
